Wasteland 3 - Pikalope

Concepts created in 2019 for the Wasteland 3 "Pikalope" monster. At one stage there was going to be a "witch doctor" variant. I have no idea if that one ended up in the game, but my concept for it wasn't a good fit for Wasteland (maybe another game, haha).
